Hurry, hurry, hurry...

Very quickly posting; I know I only just did an update, but I have a bit of an excuse =)

To begin with....

1). Toy Story 3 was excellent! A few of us went with Mum to see it on Saturday and in my opinion it was almost as good as the first Toy Story... which means it was very, very good!!


2). Tomorrow we are all (except for Dad) going to Sydney for five days; we will be staying at our friend's house while they are away. We are finishing off the cleaning and packing right now, which is why this is only short!


3). Yesterday I got the final mark for the 'Human Health' course I started in SP 1. I got a distinction, which I couldn't be happier with considering biology isn't my favourite topic!


Fortunately, that's all I have to report. I'll 'see' you next week!

Here comes a Christmas Tree...

... Along with the festivity! Yesterday we four girls and Amy went to see "A Christmas Carol" 3D and when we got home, after dropping Amy off at her house, we found, to our relief, that the Christmas tree had been set up. The decorating is the best part! Karli and Jess did it and Lily and Daniel put the candy canes on with Mum.

Every year our little boys put the candy on as far up as they can reach; we've never failed to get a picture of it!

We had an Amy Grant Christmas CD playing meanwhile.




The decorated area... I took these photos last night but this morning we made alterations, adding more stockings on the other side of the chimney piece, more teddies in the stockings, a basket of candy canes on top of the box, tinsel inside the fireplace (we can only do that because it's Summer), putting the advent calendar up, and placing the presents from our Grandparents under the tree. We have just finished re-arranging furniture, to make more room for the tree's glamour. I'll get another picture and put it on Twitter (which, by the way, you can see off the side of my blog now).
