Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls ♥

These Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls make a light summer dinner for either a large or small gathering, with only a small amount of cooking, and no hassle involved! Simply fry the chicken, cut up the salad and boil the noodles, then put them together on your moist rice sheet, roll it, and there you have it! Simple and satisfying.




Yes, well... this one is rather un-photogenic, but you get the picture!

Double dipping isn't sanitary, so we use a spoon and pour it into to roll, as shown above ^ ^. By the way, the sauce we like is made of sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. ♥ ♥ ♥
