My Flute
Today I had my 5th flute lesson with Cath. It went really well, I'm learning three songs: "O God, Our Help", "Ode to Joy" and "Be Thou My Vision". Although with the last one I haven't actually been able to play it yet, as I'm still learning the sharps. And I also have high and low register scales, arpeggios, musicianship and the technical side of things to work on ~ which I actually enjoy! You may have read on my later posts that my flute arrived last week, which is helpful when I have lessons because now we don't have to share Cath's anymore :P

Wow....Great photo graphs there Rach! The one with the flute on the music sheet is sooooooo cool! And i love your new back ground! Its good to here your loving playing flute...Its such a beautiful sounding instrument, espeacialy when its accompanied with the clarenet! Or visa-versa.
I also have a Yamaha. =) You just wait till you get the flute with holes, then you'll fly while you play music!!

My flute has holes (under the keypads and at one end), but I haven't been flying lately ;) Just kidding. I haven't been playing much either ...
