One of the ways Jess keeps our house fresh is by picking assorted flowers and arranging them in a vase, then putting them on the tables in the lounge and kitchen and sometimes in a few bedrooms. At the moment we have little bunches of lavender tied with ribbon in every room of the house, and on the table near our front door is a basket full of them. When the smell dies out, we just crush a few of the small flowers on the top and the smell is revived.

I love lavender it is so pretty and the scent is just beautiful. I also like that old song, we used to sing it when we were small.

This is a lovely idea, thank you for sharing! We have a lavender bush in our backyard so I'm going to try this as well.
