Questacon

Excursions are classed as our lessons, which we are very glad about. We love going to Questacon! It is full of scientific facts and investigations - that's the part we like =) Our favourite room is on the ground floor.... it's full of exciting things such as: the 'free fall' (a giant slide, as shown in the photos) the Terror Track roller-coaster, and la guillotine, to just name a few!

Dinosaurs.

In the baby room.... Michael loved to watch the water fountains =)

In the roller-coaster there was a screen that made you believe you were really on a track, when really you were only moving around inside a simulator.

Jess having her head chopped off =P

Robert was very unsure about going down the slide...so he didn't!

Checking out the height.

In the kaleidoscope box =)

Jordan was the first of us who was game enough to go down.

Then Jamie went. I really like this photo =)

Nathan's 21st

Nathan turned 21 this week and Karli, Jess, Bek and I travelled up to help him celebrate with his family and friends.

Beth and Bek, at the beginning of the party.

Bek and Helen, discussing their names on the pieces of paper.

A hoola-hoop game.

This game was very funny to watch! You had teams with sitters and carriers; two or four (whichever you chose) of the carries picked up the chair by the legs and the sitters seated themselves on the material part. When all of your sitters had each had their turn of being raced around the track, your team won.

We stayed the night at the L. family's house.... this was taken Sunday morning.

Let it Rain

In twenty four hours we have had over one hundred ml of rain; the larger dam has overflowed and flooded into the middle paddock; the tank is filled to the extreme.... and it continues to pour down.

Ehwa Ballet Ensemble

We were invited to go along to see a performance by Christian Korean Ballerinas at a Church in Canberra. It was held last night.

The story of the prodigal son.

Amazing Grace.

Isn't it beautiful?

The story of Job.

All of the girls with the Choreographer.

Our little group :)

We were asked to come up the front to have a photo taken with the Ballerinas; unfortunately, it is not the best picture :(

Amy and I at MacDonald's afterwards :)
It was a lovely night and a wonderful experience!
