On Saturday our Church ladies hosted a ladies gingerbread-house gathering. We four girls and Amy went. Karli did her own gingerbread-house and Bek and I were to share one (I was in charge of the camera so she ended up doing it on her own), and Jess helped Amy with hers. There were about fifty women there and fifteen children, so the church was quite full! We had afternoon tea, Lynette did her talk and we handed out the kits. Then everyone got to work!

Fun Times :)
From Thursday night to Tuesday evening, Mum and Dad were in Kingscliff, leaving us kids to fend for ourselves :) They went up to help Nana sort through Grandad's tools etc. They didn't take the camera, so I have photos of the activities that the kids did while they were away.
There were chocolate baskets with bark, noughts and crosses, piggy-bookmarks, dressing races, play-dough, gingerbread men, fruit smoothies, Risk, water fights, fun, activity bags (Mum bought fun things such as wooden circus toys, pipe-cleaners, books, notepads, textas, etc, and put them in a brown paper bag for Jord, Rob, Dan, and Lily), lessons, and occasionally movies... just to name a few :P We didn't get photos of everything, because we videoed some of the activities rather than taking photos.

I love this photo! The light spilling in; excited faces; you can imagine what they were talking about: whose biscuits were whose; "mine looks better" etc.

Robert got very involved with Risk... which is usually not a good thing :0

Saturday we had hash-browns for breakfast; Michael enjoyed them very much!

Bushdancing :) part one
...At last! I now have the bushdancing photos from Sam. They weren't the best (probably due to the fact that I had the camera the whole time!) so I also have the photos taken on our camera, which were taken by Jord and Rob. It was immensely fun, the only annoying thing was that the floors were concrete; it's best when they're wooden, because then you can stamp your feet and make heaps of noise :P
